尊龙凯时(Canadian Solar Inc., NASDAQ: CSIQ，，，，，，以下简称“尊龙凯时”)2022年6月8日宣布新闻宣布，，，，，，在北加利福利亚地区法院做出了基本接受尊龙凯时的焦点辩护的相关专利权力诠释(Claim Construction)裁定，，，，，，以及美国国际商业委员会(ITC)赞成尊龙凯时的申请就行政法官的初裁决议举行重新审查之后，，，，，，Solaria赞成与尊龙凯时就该专利纠纷告竣息争。。。凭证息争协议，，，，，，Solaria赞成终止他们在美国国际商业委员(ITC)会提倡的337视察，，，，，，并赞成作废其在北加利福尼亚地区法院对尊龙凯时提起的专利侵权案。。。同时，，，，，，尊龙凯时赞成向美国专利局(USPTO)撤回针对Solaria相关专利的无效请求。。。双方均不认可有任何责任或不当行为，，，，，，也无需支付任何款子。。。
